
Their version of customer service is pathetic and I am so disgusted with their lack of respect- I will GLADLY pay twice the amount to any other company just so I never have to deal with these awful people again. I have yet to receive a response regarding my situation. Also "if I want to pursue it"? Really? Would you not WANT to make sure your customers are fully satisfied? Not Fox! Despite the frustration I had with their lack of attention to detail regarding even attempting to read my initial documentation- I called again to relay the specifics of the over-charge. This is AFTER I had taken the time to explain in great detail (including customer numbers, confirmation codes, dates, etc.). I only received 1 response months after my first few inquiries that did not address the issue, but asked me to call them again to restate the problem- if I still wanted to pursue it. I tried to contact at least 6 times over the course of a few months regarding being over-charged for something.

This company has the worst customer service.
